To keep the booking process smooth and efficient for everyone, please review the information below before reaching out.

How to get started

To begin the booking process, please send me an email with the following details about your tattoo idea:

​

  • A brief description of the tattoo you’re envisioning
     

  • Placement on the body
     

  • Approximate size (in inches)
     

  • Black and grey or colour
     

  • What style tattoo 
     

  • Whether the tattoo has sentimental meaning (and any context you’re comfortable sharing)
     

  • Any specific elements you’d like included
     

  • Reference images (these don’t need to be the same subject matter — tattoos you’re drawn to stylistically are very helpful). If possible, let me know what you like about them.
     

This information helps me understand your vision clearly and respond as efficiently as possible.

Once I have everything I need, either my assistant or I will be in touch to finalize details and get you booked.

Consulatations

Consultations

I offer complimentary consultations, either in person or via video chat. These are especially helpful if:

​

  • You’re planning a larger-scale piece (backs, sleeves, etc.)
     

  • You have a very specific vision
     

  • You’d like to talk through questions or concerns before booking

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

​

A $100 deposit is required for tattoos quoted at one hour or less.

Tattoos quoted over one hour require a $200 deposit.
 

Deposits act as a commitment on both sides. My schedule is built around individual appointments, and your deposit ensures that your time is reserved and that I will be present, prepared, and ready for you when you arrive. I also recognize that many clients take time off work or make special arrangements to attend their appointment, and I truly appreciate that mutual respect for time.

After your appointment date is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice by email to submit your deposit. This is currently the method used for all deposit payments.

​

72-hours notice is required for all reschedules/ cancellations otherwise this can result in a lost deposit. This can be flexible in the winter depending on weather as I want all my clients to stay safe when the driving conditions are not.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Tattoo Being Done

Draw Checks 

Draw checks are available upon request for clients who have a confirmed appointment and have left a deposit.

​

Because my workload is full, I’m unable to create designs without a booked appointment. Draw checks are typically shared one to two days before your scheduled tattoo, and any requested adjustments will be made prior to your appointment date.

Clear communication and shared commitment allow me to give each piece the time, care, and attention it deserves.
